I came across the work of Jin Cho Youn at the Anglia Ruskin MA exhibition at Foyles this year. I love the characters she creates with inspiration from tribal objects and other cultural influences. It reminds me of the work I made in the first semester of second year where I created modern day gods using inspiration from objects I had seen in museums around London.
