Thinking about colours for my Neasden print...I have this Cambodian money stuck to my bedroom wall and I see it every day so maybe it's subconsciously been inspiring me. The architecture of Angkor Wat (picture on the note) is similar to Neasden temple as it has Hindu influence. I love the pinks - it's obviously not what the temple looks like in real life but it evokes a sense of the heat there is there.



I've also been working my way through Wes Anderson films lately and the Darjeerling Limited uses the exact colour palette I'd like to print with. These stills show an example of the pink/yellow/blue combo I'm after



Of course, I've also found inspiration in Hindu paintings...
